What is LEX?

League of Experts - LEX is a recently founded civil society think tank organization, registered as an NGO with the FRY Federal Ministry of Justice. Experts gathered under the LEX umbrella represent a group of civil society leaders and activists already exposed as such and widely renown.

The Mission

The main idea behind the founding of LEX is to provide coordinated and multidisciplinary expert support to civil society building and a civil society based overall economic and legislative reform advocacy. The ultimate goal of LEX is to contribute to introducing of rule of law and of a modern market economy in Serbia proper, and thus contribute to pre-transition and eventually transition processes in this country.
